We, the Process Squad want to revolutionize the ITSM consulting industry. We are dedicated to meticulously identifying inefficiencies within ITSM (=IT Service Management) processes and providing quantifiable improvements.  

Together with the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology (FIT), we have developed our award-winning digital consultant PETE™.  PETE is revolutionizing IT Service Management by using process mining and machine learning to transform ITSM process data into actionable intelligence to improve service, reduce costs and increase efficiency.

We are looking for you to help us with the following tasks: 

– Development of interfaces from ITSM systems to Microsoft Azure 

– Data extraction and conversion via SQL, Python 

– Testing various AI models, preferably in Azure 

– Training the AI 

– Validating the results using statistical analyses 

– Presentation of the results as real-time dashboards in Office 365 native tools 

– Project support for customers (if desired also at the customer’s site) 

Ideally you have the following knowledge:  

– Good knowledge of Python and SQL 

– Azure know-how (Databricks, Kubernetes services, ML, power platform, PowerBI) 

– Database design 

– Structured coding 

– Initial experience in software development projects 

– Knowledge of statistical methods and the selection of suitable methods 

– A basic understanding of the various ITSM processes  

You will of course receive an employment contract that regulates working hours (we are flexible), place of work (wherever you want), paid holidays (yes, there is that too) and salary (our previous students have stayed with us not only because of the pay).
