We explored the whole IT value chain, from development through IT support, sales, marketing, and finance, IT Service Management, provider management, managing large internal and external teams to Governance-Risk-Compliance and process management.

We have always been (and still are) very interested in developing ourselves. That is why we have bridged the gap between the worlds of operations and processes. We are firmly convinced that proper IT operations cannot exist without well-designed (but not over-engineered!) processes.
