Just over two years ago, we developed the innovative idea of Automated ITSM Process Scoring. At that time, while we had some programming knowledge, we didn’t necessarily possess structured software development expertise.
And that’s where Tanja came into the picture 😬
During the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, she remotely coached our team for approximately four months. Through tasks, thought-provoking questions, and invaluable assistance, she not only expanded our software development skills but also taught us how to implement requirements engineering and work as a self-organized team.
🥳 Today, Tanja paid us a personal visit and met most of the team in person for the first time. The greeting was accordingly warm and hearty.
Our colleagues proudly showcased our project, PETE, to Tanja, and she was deeply impressed by the progress we’ve made since the end of her coaching.
To be entirely honest, without Tanja, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
Therefore, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Tanja: your coaching and mentoring were key to our success in turning the idea of Automated ITSM Process Scoring (AI-PS) into reality.
